TERMS

We are available 24/5 - Monday to Friday - and typically respond within 1 business day. Response times may vary based on ticket volume, so please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

We only provide theme support by email via the contact form

WHAT WE COVER

  • bug fixes for the issues that arise from unmodified use of the theme; we handle bug fixes in order of priority, as per our development schedule, and deliver them through theme updates

  • questions on theme functionality, setting up your theme, and configuring theme settings

WHAT WE DON'T COVER

  • support for integrations of third-party apps and custom code

  • issues and bugs that arise from the use of third-party apps and custom code

  • customizations (adding new features and altering the design of the theme)

Please note, that platform questions or issues are not theme-related and are covered by Shopify support. So, if you need assistance with Shopify admin tools, product setup, or checkout, please contact Shopify support.

CUSTOMIZATIONS

For any theme customizations, we recommend that you hire a Shopify expert. Be that a major redesign or a small change in code, an experienced developer will provide high-level service and full support for their work. You may start by submitting a project to our trusted partners, and be matched with a Shopify expert.
